There are a few reasons why this message can appear, but the most likely is that the study you have tried to take part in has already been filled up. Some studies are very popular and can fill up quickly. A participation only begins once , the authentication process is completed, so it may be that someone was slightly faster this time. It’s a first come - first served process.

The best way to keep up to date with new studies is to enable browser notifications. We’re working on creating as many opportunities for our participants as we can, but unfortunately not all our participants will be able to take part in all available studies.
