top-paying studies. Below, we’ve outlined the step-by-step process on how to become verified. We hope this
helps, but do let us know if anything is still unclear.
In order to become a Verified Mind you have to go to your account and select Verifcation.
It is very important to use a laptop or a computer with a webcam when you register because you will have to provide us with a selfie and it will not work on a phone or tablet.
There will be 3 steps:
1. Phone
You will have to provide us with your phone numer. After that you will recieve an SMS with a code.
2. Identity
1. Nationality - please select your nationality.
It is very important to select your nationality correct since this is a selection criteria for most of the researchers. Also, please select the country you were born in and not the country you are currently living in.
2. Identification Document
Please upload an Identification Document that contains the following information: your picture, full name, date of birth, nationality.
If the ID of your country has this information distributed over both sides of the ID
document, please take a picture of both sides and combine them into a single file that you will upload. To do
this you can use free software like Canva (guide for combining pictures here).
To succesfully verify you, we need a picture that has a good quality and it is not blurry.
3. Photo
Please click on START WEBCAM in order to provide us with a photo of yourself.
Please make sure that the photo has a good quality and it is not blurry. Here is a guide on how to do this on different browsers.
After you face is in the red contour click on TAKE PHOTO
3. Revolut (optional, but recommended)
If you have a Revolut account please link it to your Testable account for instant withdraws.
If not, we also make payments whrough PayPal.
Important:
After you finish the Verification, our sistem will mach your selfie with the photo from your ID card - if the
match is under 90% you will be asked to submit again your ID photo and/or your selfie.
Identity verification usually takes one or two working days, but can take longer if we have unusually high
verification applications.
After you have been succesfully verified your ID will be deleted from our data base.
